These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicMe mobile application and related websites and services (the "Service"), operated by PicMe ("PicMe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PicMe is a mobile application that helps users create professional photos — including ID photos, passport and visa photos, and profile headshots — using AI-based retouching and background editing. Finished photos are delivered as digital image files (downloadable in the app); no physical product is shipped.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure, and you must provide accurate information.

4. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content") and grant PicMe a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (retouching, background replacement, delivery). The finished photo you purchase is yours to use for your personal and identification purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, upload images of other people without consent, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by PicMe and protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Acceptance of any photo by a third party (e.g., a passport authority) is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or on this website.
