Your uploaded photo is processed using automated and AI-based image-editing systems to generate your result, in order to fulfill your order.

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with Paddle (payments / Merchant of Record), with cloud infrastructure and image-processing providers, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & Security

We retain photos and order data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.

6. International Transfers

PicMe operates from the Republic of Korea, and your data may be processed in other countries via service providers such as Paddle and cloud providers, with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
